The term “Globalism” reflects a global-centric approach to economic and foreign policy.
Some Globalists emphasize foreign policy, others economic. In the post-Cold War world, the emphasis has been on economic policy.
After 9/11, a series of “wars and rumors of wars” has divided Globalists into two camps: Multilateralists and Unilateralists, with the latter identified as "Neocons" or Neoconservatives.
